Do you take a cut of the rent?
No. Tenants pay rent straight to your own UPI ID or in cash at the desk. UrbanStay never touches the money, so there's 0% commission and no payment gateway fee.
I run more than one PG. Is it priced differently?
No. It's the same ₹15 a bed whether your beds are in one building or ten, and you manage all of them from one owner login.
Do residents pay anything?
No. The resident app is free for your tenants.
Are any features locked behind a higher plan?
No. There's only one plan, and it includes everything: rent, beds, staff, expenses, food, notices and the resident app.
